About Us - Staff:

Here at Fantasy World XD we have a dedicated staff team who work tirelessly day and night to make this site the wonderful place it is today. Without these guys this site simply wouldn't be possible, so I'd like to thank them all from the bottom of my heart.

CloudANDTidus - Web Master (webmaster@fantasyworldxd.co.uk).

CloudANDTidus, aka Joshua Marketis founded Fantasy World Forums on 4th October 2003 and has managed the site in all its incarnations since. A highly motivated young man, Josh is an enthusiastic web designer and sheep scrumper. Josh is responsible for the current site design, runs all general management, hosts the Fantasy World Podcast and writes the daily news column 8-BITS with iamaredmage. Previously Josh was the message board administrator, co-administrator with EyesOfATragedy and podcast producer before passing the job onto E.

EyesOfATragedy - Community Leader (community@fantasyworldxd.co.uk).

EyesOfATragedy joined Fantasy World Forums on 15th January 2004. An incredibly energetic, spunky and tireless lady, Eyes brings a flow of good vibes to everyone she speaks with. Starting off as a lowly message board moderator, Eyes quickly stood out for her hard work in getting people involved, moving up through the ranks to become a global moderator with Sputin and Chaos, and then the message board co-administrator with CloudANDTidus. Today she is responsible for the complete message board as our Community Leader, organising events, spurring activity and scheming grand plans for world domination.

Alex - System Administrator (admin@fantasyworldxd.co.uk).

Alex joined Fantasy World XD on 12th July 2007. An intelligent, charismatic and funny guy, Alex is responsible for the back end system to everything you see today. Thanks to his enormous efforts Fantasy World was able to move away from free forum software and hosting, and was able to launch the submission based editorial system for user-generated content. The debt we owe him has no end, so I can only hope we can make it up in some small way.

Sputin - Executive Editor (editor@fantasyworldxd.co.uk).

Sputin joined Fantasy World Forums on 21st November 2003. An almost worryingly excitable person who finds amusement in the smallest of things, he has to be one of the most hilarious people I've ever met. Extremely dedicated and hard working, Sputin has provided much motivation for keeping Fantasy World going over the years. Previously a message board moderator and a global moderator with Chaos and Eyes, Sputin now sits as the Executive Editor in charge of overseeing the content that is submitted and passed through the editorial submission system. Also a regular cast member of the Fantasy World Podcast.

E - Podcast Producer (podcast@fantasyworldxd.co.uk).

E joined Fantasy World Forums on 7th November 2003. An intelligent, friendly and witty young man, E single handedly resurrected the Fantasy World Podcast project that had, until his intervention, been a complete failure. While E doesn’t always have the time to dedicate to the site that others do, he has worked valiantly with the rest of the crew to make the Fantasy World Podcast what it is today. Always a fun guy to just be with and the only owner of twelve rotten la theine plateau cabbages that he prizes greatly.

tetsuotrunks - BM Blogger and Podcast Producer (buttonmashers@fantasyworldxd.co.uk).

tetsuotrunks joined Fantasy World Forums on 16th January 2005. Although not immediately a big user of the site, he created the Button Mashers' Guild (home to the Button Mashers' Podcast) on 7th March 2007. Originally affiliated with the Fantasy World Network, it was eventually integrated and then merged into the rest of the site. tetsuo now hosts the not-so-regular Button Mashers Podcasts, posts every Monday and Friday on the Button Mashers Blog and is a regular cast member of the Fantasy World Podcast. Previously he also wrote for the daily news column 8-BITS with CloudANDTidus. A highly intelligent, thoughtful and clever man, tetsuo is a repository of useless information and a subscriber to XXX Metal Gear monthly.

Kinie - News Editor (news@fantasyworldxd.co.uk).

Kinie joined Fantasy World Forums on 5th October 2003. A passionate and long term contributor to the site who provides quality written content, Kinie is a long time fan of classic Japanese role playing games. Kinie writes the daily news column 8-BITS with CloudANDTidus, posting on a Tuesday and Thursday, and provides in-depth reviews to the site when not grinding against slimes in Dragon Quest VIII.

iamaredmage.

iamredmage joined Fantasy World Forums on 3rd April 2007. A real life friend of both S.Roth and tetsuotrunks, he was first introduced to the site through the Button Mashers' Guild. A cheery, clever and enthusiastic guy who enjoys nothing better than a good rant and a hardcore gaming session, iamredmage posts every week on the Button Mashers Blog and previously wrote the daily news column 8-BITS with CloudANDTidus. He is also a regular guest on the Button Mashers Podcast, enjoys observing the political drama in the industry and has five pet lemmings.

S.Roth.

S.Roth joined Fantasy World Forums on 10th June 2004. A jolly, positive and generous man who puts a lot of time and effort into his work, S.Roth has hosted eight Character Battle Contests over Fantasy World's four and a half year history. Originally the host of nemiseph, a Sudden Launch forum that inspired the creation of Fantasy World Forums, S.Roth is great at getting people active and busy, participating in events and contests. Previously a message board moderator, S.Roth has hosted the Generation Seven and Battle Royal Podcasts, as well as making guest appearances on both the Fantasy World and Button Mashers shows. A caring and giving person.
